Third stealth class frigate for India

India’s third stealth frigate, INS Tabar, was handed over to the navy by the Russian builder at the Baltiyski naval base this week.
The frigate will be joining sister ships INS Talwar and INS Trishul which were commissioned in 2003 after delays lasting almost two years. INS Tabar is expected to arrive in India in July.
