Second corvette arrives in Simon’s Town

The South African Navy’s second new corvette, SAS Isandlwana has arrived in Simon’s Town after completing her delivery voyage from Kiel, Germany.

Isandlwana is the second of four new corvettes on order from German builders; the first vessel SAS Amatola arrived last year and is currently being fitted out, including her armaments suite, at the naval dockyard in Simon’s Town.
