Indian stealth frigate arrives Monday

The new Indian Navy stealth frigate INS Trishul will arrive in Durban harbour this Monday, 8 September at 08.00 for a visit lasting until 11 September.
Although the hi-tech ship will not be open to the public she is certain to attract a lot of attention from the people of Durban, with particular interest from the large number of people of Indian origin who live in the Durban area.
The warship is under the command of Captain Surrinder Pal Singh Cheema and is on her maiden voyage to India from the builders in St Petersburg, Russia.
INS Trishul will berth at N-berth on the T-Jetty, opposite the Passenger Terminal.
